If you think frisbee is just throwing a disc around in the park, think again
Ultimate is a fast paced and unique game that everyone can enjoy. It is a non-contact, mixed gender and self-refereed team sport...so unlike any other in many ways!
We welcome all players of all abilities; if you've played before that is great but if you've never touched a disc before, we'll teach you the basic skills to get you playing the best sport you've never heard of.
Want to have a go? Come to our give it go session on Thursday @7pm on Cyncoed campus football pitch 2.
