You may be thinking "how is this not already a society?!" Well there's a chance it may have been previously. Below is a list of all the societies that have been placed in a dormant state over the last couple years. If you think that one of these societies could benefit with some TLC to revive it, well you can adopt the society. You will still need 3 core committee members and 10 students interested in the society. However, once the society has been approved, you will have access to any resources left by previous iterations of the society, including their society funds! You will also receive all the above benefits of starting a new society.
Once you have 10 students interested, please get in touch via email at societies@cardiffmet.ac.uk, or drop in to one of our offices and we'll get the relevant forms for you to fill in.
